Some old shophouses were converted to this shopping centre.I thought that it was a popular spot in the late 1980s early 1990s, but based on the outlets operating in the centre, it isn't so popular now. Maybe it's the location or maybe better choices are available now.

As a student in the early 1970s, I was a member of what was known as "The Young Friends of the Arts Council". I remember attending a play here once, but I don't remember what it was.
The sign says that it's the KL Cultural Garden but I haven't found out what the building holds these days.
