The National Planetarium is a short distance from the Police Museum.
As you would have guessed, I didn't go into the planetarium. Just walked the grounds to take these shots.
After reading these, I think we have a serious need to review our command of English.
There were some lovely trees there.
This, brought me memories. This sundial, or sun clock as the signage says, used to be at the Tunku Abdul Rahman Park near the Merdeka Stadium. As kids, we had a lot of fun using the slopes as a slide.
The problem being a native of KL is that we take many things for granted. Unlike these students from Ipoh (below) who have traveled all the way here to visit the sights of KL.
I do love the trees here.

Hi! I'm a massive fan of your blog and your work in documenting KL. I did a little feature on the Merdeka Sundial, on a Facebook group called Rakan KL. I'm not sure if you know of the group or have been for one of our walks, or if I've seen you at the Brickfields Holy Day walk with Fahmi and gang. Anyway, I've used your entry as reference as to when the upper two pictures on the descriptive metal plate disappeared, based on the EXIF data in the pictures. I did find it odd that the same 2 pictures would be missing on the English and Malay versions!
